Use the following instructions to reconfigure HDFS:
Step 1: Disable HA on vSphere.
Step 2: Shut down HDFS using the instructions available here. TODO point to Manually Controlling Services doc.
Step 3: Update the HDFS parameters using HMC. TODO point to new HMC doc.
Step 4: Restart HDFS using HMC. TODO point to new HMC doc.
Step 5: Enable HA on vSphere.
