All HDP 2.1.15 components listed here are official Apache releases of the most recent stable versions available. Hortonworks’ philosophy is to provide patches only when absolutely necessary to assure the interoperability of the components. Unless you are explicitly directed by Hortonworks Support to take a patch update, each of the HDP 2.1.15 components needs to remain at the following package version levels to ensure a certified and supported copy of HDP 2.1.15.
