5. Known Issues

BUG-14965: HCatalog logs folder in incorrect location.

Problem: Currently HCatalog logs writes to %HIVE_HOME%/log/hcat.log.

Workaround: Use the paath $HDP_LOG_DIR/hcatalog/hcat.log instead.
